DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AS TO PRODUCTS SOLD 
All of the products offered by CyberStamp Club and Michalson's Stamp Shop are guaranteed against defect for 30 days from the date of transaction. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability arising from any product obtained through CyberStamp Club and Michalson's Stamp Shop shall be the replacement of the product ordered. In the case of non-virtual material, i.e. real stamp orders, replacement will necessitate the return of defective or erroneous material under registered cover to P.O. Box 206 Simon's Town, 7995 South Africa

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error CyberStamp Club and Michalson's Stamp Shop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. In the event that your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CyberStamp Club shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit cards – We currently accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases at CyberStamp Club.  Michalson's Stamp Shop appoints CyberStamp Club as its lawful collection agent. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed upon receipt. Digital products are e-mailed within 48 hours of receipt.

SALES TAX
CyberStamp Club shall charge and withhold Value Added Tax if and when applicable as determined by the South African Revenue Services. In terms of current legislation, CyberStamp Club is not required to register as a VAT Merchant.
